The constitution of the association for air-tightness in buildings ("FLiB e.V.”)

§ 3 The association’s purpose

The aim of the association is to make the public know the importance of air-tightness in buildings, by clarification and professional advice.
The association promotes research and development, substantiates the prior art by laying down technical rules and maintains legislation and standardization.
The association develops uniform measuring standards to promote the quality assurance in building construction, provides standards to synchronize measuring procedures and offers training and certifications.
